Hello! Are you a multi-creative like me? Need lots of projects/books on the go? Can’t decide on just one medium when there are so many options to choose from? You’ve found a kindred spirit here…

I grew up (I’m using that term loosely – haha) learning to embroider, knit, crochet, sew & bake as creative outlets, and tried decoupage, tole painting, and gardening to inspire my varied interests. As a Girl Guide, I was very serious about Being Prepared and researched, discussed and explored the world around me. 

My career as a college librarian provided me even more juicy opportunities to learn, and I remember (years earlier) when I was hired for my first part time library position my Mom said, “that’s like putting the elephant in charge of the peanuts!” True. I am passionate about books, reading and lifelong learning!

I’ve been painting and discovering art at both a general and more personal level for years, and I’m excited to share these adventures here. New ideas are flowing and we have lots of good times ahead…
